Douglas Elliman is a leader in luxury real estate across the most sought-after U.S. and global markets. We partnered with their leadership team to create an AI-powered customer and client platform that engages and inspires high-net-worth buyers and sellers—while empowering the ambitious agents and experts who define their competitive edge.

Concierge inspired property search

We powered our property search experience with expert guidance, intuitive navigation, intelligent search, and smart save features that work together to learn user preferences, organize favorites, and surface the most relevant listings over time. It allows people to discover at their own pace while building a clear picture of what they want and making it easy to connect with an agent when they’re ready.

Personalized luxury as a standard of service

Luxury real estate moves fast. The experience needed to serve three core audiences: discerning buyers and sellers seeking elevated, personalized service; driven agents; and developers looking for proven partners.

While properties remain central, we elevated the expertise of Elliman’s agents, leadership, and global network as key drivers of success, paired with elevated brand storytelling.

Prioritizing Agents as the heroes

Highlighting the prominence of luxury real estate agents across the newly launched website was essential to its success. By positioning agents at the forefront—showcasing their expertise, achievements, and distinctive property portfolios—the platform became more than just a listings site; it evolved into a bespoke marketing destination

Prior to launch, agents were limited in the amount of personal storytelling and types of assets they could present on the profile pages. We introduce much more flexibility, as well as on-site tools to better track leads and transactions.

Building a brand that demands attention

The Douglas Elliman name carries a lot of cache within the luxury real estate market, they were looking to modernize their presence and turn heads with the ultra high-net client. We reimagined every aspect of their brand identify, from colorways and typography to art direction and motion principles, which rolled out across their newly launched website, as well as their New Development Marketing team, and a national media campaign.
